REGULATIONS

1. Projects of Mathemetics, Engineering, Information technologies, chemistry, biology and physics may apply to the competition.

2. The olympiad is open to all intenational and Georgian students who are studying in grades 7 to 12.

3. Students may compete with only one preject each year.

4. A maximum of two students may present a projects.

5. The olympiad will be held in Tbilisi between the dates 26 - 28 April, 2012

6. IYIPO 2010 Organization Committee will provide accommodation ( arbitrarily only at host families) and food for the competitors and supervisers for free. ( Those who desires to accommodate at a hotel, must visit www.iyipo.ge)

7. All travel expenses from and to tbilisi must be covered by the participants themselves.

8. All competitors have to communicate in english well enough to present their projects.

9. Project stands will be given for each project in exhibition hall. Extra materials related to the project must be brought the participants themselves. Project stands contain two parts: display table and display board. The models or applications can be displayed in the table while the posters or printed information are shown on the board. 10. Application deadline is 4 April, 2012.

11. Organization Committee holds the rights of changing rules without prior notification.

12. The stands for the exhibition will be provided by the IYIPO Coordination Center. Measurements of the stand: (The body part: 120x80 cm) (The table part: 120x52 cm)
